New Love Ventures (NLV) may ship using USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. All products may or may not be available in your area. NLV ships to all 50 states within the United States. Customers from the United States and its territories can expect to receive their order within seven (10) to ten (14) business days; international orders may take four (4) to six (6) weeks, depending on the destination. Please contact us directly with any shipping questions. Customers are responsible for checking their shipment for damage at time of delivery. Claims for product damaged during shipping must be made within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
Can I order products at wholesale pricing? Yes, if you are an approved distributor. You will need to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to learn more about becoming a distributor. Minimum purchase requirements will apply. If you would like to utilize the New Love Culture Symbol, please contact us. We are happy to discuss collaborations that will help unite our world utilizing the New Love Culture Symbol.
How much does shipping cost? Shipping charges vary by order and destination.
Complete terms of purchase are provided at checkout. By agreeing to the terms and conditions you agree that you understand that if you decide to purchase our products, you do so based upon your own free will and opinions. All products carry a 14-day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any of these products, simply return the undamaged product. If we receive a returned product, within 14 days, we will issue a full refund. Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy.
DAMAGE DUE TO FREIGHT OR SHIPPING
All products and shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our affiliated warehouses. Upon delivery of your order, please check product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made with 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time. Please include a full description of the damages to the product.

If you provide us with your credit card information during the payment process, we send it to our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway for processing using SSL encryption technology. Your credit card information is never stored for use beyond your current transaction.
